GROS PLANT AOP DOMAINE JEAN LUC VIAUD
8,00 € incl. VAT
Domaine Jean Luc Viaud’s cuvée Gros Plant 2017 has been selected by the 2019 Hachette guide, which gives it a very flattering review. On the other hand, the 2018 cuvées of Gros Plant look very promising, at least equal to those of the 2017 vintage. In fact, they have reached ideal ripeness and are even full-bodied.

Blending of the best vintages
It should be drunk young, but will retain its freshness and character for at least 2-3 years. Its lemony aromas and its frank, lively character on the palate make it unequalled on a platter of oysters or seafood.
It also goes well with grilled fish or fish cooked in papillotes.
Lovers of Kir will appreciate it for its lightness and freshness, and it is also remarkable as a basic white wine for cocktails (white sangria, etc.).
Food & wine pairing:
It is also a good companion for grilled fish or fish cooked in foil. Lovers of Kir will appreciate it for its lightness and freshness, and it is also remarkable as a basic white wine for cocktails (white sangria, etc.).
Aperitif, cold starter, bread and butter shellfish, oysters from the Gulf, barbecued mackerel
