A clear, brilliant wine with a pale yellow colour, the bouquet gives off hints of gunflint before developing jammy notes such as quince paste. The Daridan estate is located in Cour Cheverny, between the Loire and Sologne regions, close to the Châteaux of Cheverny and Chambord. The 21-hectare estate is managed using integrated farming methods.

Description

Dry white wine with notes of honey and white flowers Vintage: 2021
Region: Loire Valley
Alcohol content: 14% Vol
Grape varieties: 100% Romorantin
Ageing potential: 10 years
Temperature: 8 to 10 °C
Vinification: The grapes are pressed.
The juices are then cold settled and placed in a thermoregulated stainless steel tank.
Alcoholic fermentation is initiated naturally by indigenous yeasts at 14° C for 20 days. Depending on the vintage, malolactic fermentation takes place naturally in part or in full. Aged in barrels for 2 months
