The Jean-Luc Viaud estate is located in the commune of Le Landreau in the village of La Renouère. Jean Luc represents the fourth generation of winegrowers in his family. His three predecessors were all named Peter. Although they didn’t pass on their first names to him, they did pass on their passion for winegrowing.
A precious terroir …
We owe the character of our wines to the terroir of the estate. It is essentially made up of small hillsides facing south or south-west. It consists of sandy-loam soils on micaschists.

Description

Our range of grape juices owes its creation and its name to our two children: Antoine and Marius “the little pirates”. It is designed for children as well as adults looking for non-alcoholic drinks.
Grape variety: Folle Blanche
It has a beautiful golden colour with fine bubbles. On the nose, it develops aromas of honey and ripe grapes. On the palate, it combines the freshness of its effervescence with the softness of its flavour.
Terroir : Slopes and sandy soil on micaschists
Mechanical harvesting clarification for the brilliance of the colour (settling for 12 to 18 hours then filtration) Pasteurisation and carbonation for the two sparkling juices
These grape juices are best drunk young and can retain their character for up to 2 years.
They’ll be delighting gourmets with Bottereaux*, crêpes and other desserts.
They’re also great as a base for fruit soups: give them a try!
