A dry, round, supple white wine with citrus notes and a long finish.

Grape varieties: 80% Sauvignon blanc 20% Chardonnay
Cellaring potential: 4 – 5 years
Serving temperature: 8 °C
Vinification: The grapes are pressed.
The juices are then settled and placed in a thermoregulated stainless steel tank.
Alcoholic fermentation is initiated naturally by indigenous yeasts over 15 days, with temperature control at 14-18°C. Malolactic fermentation occurs naturally at 50%.
Aged in temperature-controlled vats.
Tasting: Its golden yellow color with deep green highlights is limpid and brilliant.
The nose is fresh with citrus notes of grapefruit and white-fleshed fruit.
The palate is lively and round, with a present, well-balanced texture. A wine of freshness and minerality, elegant and fine.
Food pairing: Aperitif, fish in beurre blanc sauce, chicken curry, stuffed cabbage, lasagne, goat’s cheese, asparagus in sauce, oysters and shellfish.
