For 4 generations now, the FRESNEAU family has been passionate about wine, particularly the Coteaux du Loir and Jasnières Appellations.

Amandine and Xavier, François FRESNEAU’s children, love to share with you the wonder and curiosity you feel when you taste a glass of Pineau d’Aunis, and delight your taste buds with the delicately fruity freshness of a Chenin. Cultivated since the early Middle Ages by the monks of Marmoutier, the Coteaux du Loir vineyards have been producing renowned wines for centuries.
Served at the court of the kings of France, it was celebrated as much by poets of the Pleiades such as Ronsard and Du Bellay as by the “prince of gastronomes” Maurice Curnonsky.
Created in 1948, the appellation covers both Indre et Loire and Sarthe.
The vines are planted on hillsides that are often very steep, benefiting from both excellent exposure and the protective influence of the neighbouring forests.

“A pure Pineau d’Aunis with a few grams of residual sugar, charming and devilishly fruity. We love its beautiful pale hue, its citrus notes enhanced by ripe, juicy fruit, its harmonious, supple, long and sapid palate with a hint of vegetal that suits it well. Best served with spicy grilled meats. A “fresh wine” in the range. This rosé delights with its fine aromas and ‘peppery’ flavours due to the Pineau d’Aunis grape variety. Pair with summer meals, cold meats and salads.
It’s up to you to find your own dish, fruity and peppery to perfection.
This is the “fresh wine” of our range. Made from “Pineau d’Aunis” grapes, this rosé delights with its fine fruit aromas and “pepper” flavours due to the grape variety and terroir.
