Description

Discover the delicious Coteaux du Vendômois white wine from Domaine du Four à Chaux in Thoré-la-Rochette. This white Chenin wine is a delight for the taste buds and will be a hit with your guests. Its medium ageing potential will allow it to age gently and accompany your aperitifs and dishes brilliantly.
Vinification: Traditional vinification with fermentation in stainless steel vats at 18°C. After 15 days of fermentation, the wine is left on its lees until bottling in the spring.
