Description

Wine from a terroir of oyster marl on clay-limestone.

Grapes harvested at very good ripeness and 100% destemmed. Maceration for 1 month to enhance color extraction and complex structure.

Aged in oak barrels for 12 months.

Deep, garnet-red color. Fine nose, delicate aromas of red fruit, blackcurrant, redcurrant, revealing grapes harvested at good maturity.
The structure is pleasant and balanced.
