Description
Millesime: 2017
grape variety: Cabernet franc.
Terroir: Oyster marl on clay-limestone.
Vinification and ageing: grapes harvested when very ripe and 100% destemmed. Maceration for 1 month to enhance color extraction and complex structure. Aged in oak barrels for 12 months.
Appellation : AOP Anjou Villages Brissac
Tasting: intense red colour. Beautiful aromatic expression of red and black fruits. Voluptuous, complex palate combining blackcurrant, violet and woody notes.
Food and wine pairings: cold meats, tasty meats, game, sauced dishes and cheeses.
