SAINT POURCAIN DOMAINE DE BELLEVUE
10,00 € incl. VAT
In the heart of the Bourbonnais region, in the commune of Meillard, Domaine de Bellevue is home to its 22 hectare vineyard. Traditional family know-how and an unconditional passion for winegrowing bring out the best in the Saint Pourçain PDO, one of the protected designations of origin for wines from the Loire Valley.
Half our vines are over 30 years old. We practise integrated farming, paying particular attention to our soils, in order to control yields and produce grapes of excellent quality. As a result, in September 2020, we became one of the first vineyards in Saint Pourçain to receive the Hautes Valeurs Environnementales (HVE) certification issued by OCACIA, an organisation approved by the French Ministry of Agriculture.
For more than 30 years, Jean Louis Pétillat has passionately pursued winemaking on the estate. In 2014, the Pétillât family handed over the noble responsibility for the vineyard to the Gautier family, who uphold the love of the land and the taste of its fruit.
