PRESENTATION
Nestled on the slopes of the Indre Valley, in the village of Cheillé, we are busy producing wine on the lands of Azay-Le-Rideau. We’re Vincent and Pierre, two winemaking brothers with a passion for our trade and for our terroir, which is steeped in history.
Since 2015, we have been producing AOC Touraine and AOC Touraine Azay-le-Rideau white, red, rosé and sparkling wines from a 12-hectare vineyard. To protect our environment and promote our terroir, we make organically-farmed wines from local grape varieties such as Grolleau de Cinq Mars, La Parisienne, Chenin and Cabernet.

Description
The cuvée that breaks the rules. Usually vinified as a rosé or blended with other red grape varieties, our native variety, Grolleau, is vinified here as a single-varietal red wine.
Atypical, Bad-Grolleau is an easy-drinking, slightly peppery wine that lends itself particularly well to evenings spent with friends returning from fishing, or with the family over a convivial lunch.
A fresh, typical Cabernet with vegetal notes.
Grape variety: Vin Rouge Léger 100% Grolleau
Appelation : Vin de France
Method: The grapes are harvested by hand and matured in stainless steel vats.
Aging potential: Serve at 15-16°C. We recommend drinking within 10 years.
Food & wine pairing: with a chicken casserole, a good family quiche, a pan-fried steak, a platter of Loire cheeses.
